It has been an extraordinarily sad week for fandom.
We lost the great and magical David Bowie on Monday. Our Fandom designers are hard at work on a tribute to remember him in the only way we can, in fabric. That's coming soon.
Today, we're hit with the equally shocking and sad news that the world has lost Alan Rickman, one of the most powerful performers of our time, and for the Harry Potter fandom, our Professor Snape.
Alan Rickman was known for many, many amazing roles. I myself first saw him in Die Hard and fell in love with him in Robin Hood, Prince of Thieves and later in Sense and Sensibility.
Farewell, sir, you will not be forgotten.
