Friends - A Quilt Along - Week 7




The #friendsqal2022 was designed by Laura Shaffstall (@somecallmelolly) and was tested by Britney Lachelle, Jennifer Rowles, & Jennifer Waugh!

This fun quilt along has 3 quilt layouts to choose from, a complete alphabet, plus fabric amounts to get you started! 

A new pattern will follow every Wednesday through December 14, 2022, culminating in a Design Invitational on December 21, 2022.

Use the following quilt instructions to help choose which patterns to make:



QUILT A – (I’ll Be There For You)
approximately 63" x 77"
  • Background Yardage (Light purple) needed – approximately 3 - 4 yards.
  • Black fabric – approximately 1 yard.
  • Sashing fabric (Orange) – approximately 2 - 2 1/2 yards.
  • Border fabric (Yellow) – approximately 1 - 1 1/4 yard.
  • Border Fabric (Dk Purple) - approximately 2 – 2 1/2 yards.
  • Other Assorted colors in small amounts (typically less than a fat quarter).
