Peanuts Bookmark

(approximately 3.5'' x 9.5'')
Cross stitching

Hello everyone, Alida here!

I like Paper Piecing, but sometimes I need a more quiet and portable kind of project, so I designed and made this cute little bookmark on Aida (14 count)!
After finishing the cross stitched front, I zigzaged around three sides to add a fun backing fabric, I slided in a piece of cardboard and I stitched the entire thing closed. Fun little bookmark!

I hope you like it!

If you stitch any of my blocks, I would love to see them in our Flickr group!!
It would be great to see that I am not the only one enjoying them ;) plus you get a chance to win fabulous monthly prizes! You receive one entry for each project. Only photos posted to Flickr are eligible to win.

Until next time...
Happy sewing!!

  1. You are definitely not the only one who enjoys and appreciates your work! I'm excited to see some cross stitch patterns. Great for all those times I can't lug a sewing machine with me. :)
