The Green Lantern


The Green Lantern


The Green Lantern is a superhero of the DC Universe.  He is a member of the Green Lantern Corps an organisation created by the Guardians of the Universe.  He has a power ring that translates his ideas into green energy using the strength of his will power.

He first appeared as Alan Scott in 1940.  But it was not until Hal Jordan appeared as the Green Lantern in 1959 that the Green Lantern Corps was created.
