Wolverine
Wolverine is a Marvel Comics super hero who more often than not appears with the X-Men. Also known as Logan, Wolverine is a mutant with powerful regenerative abilities combined with animal senses and enhanced physical attributes. He first appeared in 1974.
Wolverine was born during the late 1880's. It is revealed he is the illegitimate son of the groundskeeper of the farm on which he was born, Thomas Logan.
Thomas Logan has another son whose actions caused Thomas to be fired. Thomas kills John Howlett (the farmer) in anger. In turn Logan kills his father with bone claws that emerge from the back of his hands as his mutation manifests itself.
As an adult he is recruited by a black ops unit Team X. It is during this time that he is given false memory implants and has adamantium forcibly fused to his bones.
