Betty Boop (L) by Michelle Thompson
Santa Hat Betty Boop (R) by TweLoQ
10" paper pieced & embroidery

Last week, Fandom In Stitches reader Sarah made a somewhat desperate request for a Betty Boop pattern. Generally, our designers work at their own pace, but knowing that this was for a gift, we put the request to our very talented and generous volunteers.

Both Michelle and TweLoQ stepped up and created totally different and completely adorable Betty patterns.

FinishedBetty

Sarah has already made TweLoQ's super cute Santa hat wearing Betty and plans to make Michelle's super cute block, too!

  2. I got a vintage machine from 1941, named 'Betty' for a friend of mine that is also from that year. I've been trying to find some Betty Boop fabric to make a cover for the machine. I think I'll make one of these blocks to add to the cover. Thanks!
