  1. I love seeing all of the photos and seeing what everyone is up to! Realy glad I found this site, and the DWSAL - my first foray into embroidery, and I'm really enjoying it! Just wish I had more time to stitch, I've only just finished the third doctor, and haven't even attempted to do any borders yet...

    1. We're glad you're here! I'd definitely encourage you to go at your own pace and just enjoy. The patterns aren't going anywhere and fun and enjoying your work are big parts of what we want you to get out of our patterns. :)

  2. I have a question about the layout. If the blocks end up 10x12", then I'm guessing the final dimensions (with borders approximately like in the picture in the logo) to be about 40"x58"? Will there be suggestions of how to make it more bed-sized? I've hesitated to start doing embroidery because I don't know if I should enlarge everything and just make it bigger from the get-go, make more blocks using other Dr. Who patterns, or just plan for huge borders (which somehow doesn't sound attractive to me). Any suggestions, or should I just wait until July.

    1. The finished blocks with suggested sashing are 12" x 12". There will most certainly be suggestions on making it bed sized, which is something I'm working on myself. More to come, promise!
