Periwinkle by Lilja
10" Paper Pieced
We've had a very special request here on Fandom In Stitches for Blue's Clues patterns. There's a 4 year old boy out there who is about to have his second liver transplant surgery. He loves Blue's Clues and his grandmother would very much like to make him a quilt.
This story, of course, went straight to our hearts. Lilja and I have been working hard to design Blue's Clues patterns as quickly as possible. Fandom In Stitches Designers, if you would like to be part of this special project, please contact me and I'll let you know what's already on the drawing board.

Because of nature of this request, we invite you, the Fandom In Stitches readers, to help us get test these patterns to the next step by helping test the patterns for accuracy.
If you make one of these blocks, please email us with any corrections or pattern problems. Your help with this extra special project is greatly appreciated!

This is the way a fandom should pull together! Way to go!!
ReplyDeleteCan we make the blocks to be in the little boy's quilt? We could send them to you, or to grandma...
ReplyDeleteHugs!
I'll have to check with grandma. :)
DeleteI would like to know that too. I am not nearly as fast as you guys with drafting patterns so I could test a couple. If the grandmother does not want them, can you, Jennifer, use them for the Linus connection?

I've asked, now we just wait and see. If Grandma passes, then I can always use them for Linus. :)
DeleteExcellent! Then I will mail them to you, I am glad you can use them for Linus :)
