"The bat'leth, or "sword of honor", was a traditional Klingon blade weapon. It was widely considered the most popular weapon among Klingon warriors."
This pattern is the Bat'leth, that plays a big roll in Star Trek the Next Generation and then in Deep Space 9. It was Worf's most prized possession.

Agleh, the ancient.

klingon weapon, star trek
by Vanda Chittenden
10" paper pieced

Hi everyone,
This is my newest pattern in the Star Trek series.

An Agleh, this is an ancient traditional weapon found in the Klingon historical archives.
The weapon was used to slice and rip their enemies to pieces with all the jagged sharp points of the blade.

I hope you like this new pattern, there is many more on the way in the Star Trek series. Please email me if you find any errors, my email is on the pattern.

Feeling Symbolic

Starfleet Insignia (updated)   Starfleet Insignia v2 (updated)
Starfleet v1 and Starfleet v2
updated 2012, designed by Jennifer Ofenstein
5" paper pieced

In a recent bout of Update All The Patterns, I revamped my original two Starfleet Insignia.

The new patterns are simpler and easier to piece, while still being awesomely Star Trek!

Of course, I couldn't leave it there...while I was at it, I added a Klingon Insignia and an even simpler Starfleet Insignia to the list.
